Welcome to Eden Mountain Lodge - Home of The UN-Chained Gang!!!

Set in the unspoiled beauty of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, Eden Mountain Lodge is an outdoor vacationer's premier destination. Our scenic 140 acre mountain location, surrounded by 3000 acres of Nature Conservancy and Vemont Land trust property, offers three private rental cabins - the log built Larkspur, the Foxglove and Buttercup. Immerse yourself in nature and the tranquil beauty that brings travelers from all over the world to Vermont.

Each cabin is warmly decorated and furnished with modern conveniences — a full kitchen, bath, washer and dryer, TV/DVD, WIFI and gas grill. Relax on the covered porch and listen to birds sing, watch sunrises and sunsets and enjoy starry night skies. Walk or hike in summer, snow shoe or x-country ski in winter right from your door on over 15 kilometers of maintained and groomed trails.  Take a dip in the pond, enjoy your favorite novel or kick back in an Adirondack chair and enjoy the miles of views over the Lowell Mountain Range.

Eden Mountain Lodge is also home to Eden Ethical Dog Sledding Adventure Tours with the UN-Chained Gang - our friendly team of Alaskan Huskies. We offer dog sled aventure tours year round with sleds on snow in winter and on wheeled carts in spring, summer and fall.

Our proximity to Boston, New York and Montreal make us ideal for a weekend getaway or longer vacation stay. We are located just 45 minutes from skiing and fun at Stowe or Smuggler's Notch, 30 minutes from Jay Peak, and only a 15 minute drive from world-class x-country skiing at Craftsbury Outdoors Center. Burlington, Lake Champlain and Montpelier are 60 minutes and it's only minutes to nearby, historic Vermont villages to enjoy exploring.  Vermont is known for it's artisan cheese and bread makers, craftspeople, artists, breweries, small wineries, antique shops, independent bookshops, home made treats, and "localvore" restaurants serving local produce and farm products. Use your cabin as the jumping off point to explore all that Vermont has to offer or park the car and just relax for your entire stay!

Eden Lodge / Eden Ethical Dogsledding  is a world class, year-round dogsled operation whose mission is to provide quality lodging and a lifetime experience, educational dogsled experience. A stay with us will have you in contact with our friendly, loveable Alaskan Huskies - the Un-Chained Gang.
